Years ago, following the award of a degree or entry to a professional body, a professional was hardly ever asked to prove himself again or to re-train, unless it was his choice. Over the past ten years, however, continuous training and professional development have become stringent obligations for professionals in any discipline and none more so than medicine.
Appraisal and revalidation, based on constant training, is a compulsory activity and has become central and necessary in the medical profession. Training has to be certified and doctors are responsible for arranging suitable, approved training from approved organisations.
Our team has been involved, for many years, in delivering training and education to GPs, Registrars, Students, Nurses and other Health Professionals. Training - which can take the form of lectures, presentations, or hands on - is constantly being organised and delivered and our track record in training (even delivered to international specialist registrars) is impressive.
